The 1/2,000 scale construction zoning plan for the urban area and industrial service area of Hoa Hiep Nam ward has an area of about 496 hectares, of which the majority is land for construction development activities (about more than 419 hectares). The east of this urban area borders the 1/2,000 scale zoning plan to the north of Phu Lac resettlement area (Hoa Hiep Nam ward) and Ngon river canal; the west borders green land and agricultural land; the south borders agricultural land and Da Nong river; the north borders East-West road 1 (with a cross-section of 52m).
The urban area and industrial service area of Hoa Hiep Nam ward is the focal point for services serving the Nam Phu Yen Economic Zone, ensuring land funds for housing for workers, experts, social housing, land funds for resettlement and public utility service works serving workers and experts working in the industrial parks of the Nam Phu Yen Economic Zone.
This is also an urban area with a synchronous, modern infrastructure development towards sustainability and environmental protection. The population forecast for this area is about 30,000 people.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Phan Ngoc Thanh, Deputy Head of Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board informed that the 1/2,000 scale construction zoning plan for the urban area and industrial services of Hoa Hiep Nam ward has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee, which is an important legal basis to ensure land fund for housing, increase the ability to attract large and strategic investors to the South Phu Yen Economic Zone, bringing high added value to the province.
After announcing, publicizing and handing over the documents, the Phu Yen Economic Zone Management Board also displayed the project's billboard at the board's headquarters, the People's Committee of Hoa Hiep Nam ward; and displayed outdoor billboards in the planning area in Hoa Hiep Nam ward.
