- On the morning of April 23, the Detention Center, Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision to conditionally release prisoners early for the first batch of 2025.

Attending the announcement ceremony were leaders of the Provincial People's Procuracy; leaders of the Criminal Enforcement and Judicial Support Police Department, Provincial Police.

Accordingly, this time, the Detention Center and Provincial Police have 3 prisoners released early. Prisoners released early must meet the following conditions: first-time offenders; have served half of their sentence; have a good or better prison sentence; have completed their additional punishment; have a clear place of residence; and have had their prison sentence reduced.

Leaders of the Provincial People's Procuracy presented decisions to prisoners

Lieutenant Colonel Ha Van Hieu, Deputy Head of the Criminal Enforcement and Judicial Support Police Department, Provincial Police, spoke at the ceremony.

Speaking at the ceremony, the leader of the Criminal Enforcement and Judicial Support Police Department, Provincial Police congratulated the prisoners who were conditionally released early in this period, and requested that when returning to their localities to reintegrate into the community, the prisoners should continue to strive to study, work, produce, strictly comply with the laws of the State and regulations of the locality where they reside, and become useful people for their families and society. The remaining prisoners must continue to strive to work and reform well to soon be considered for a reduced sentence or conditionally released early in order to return to their families and communities.
