Tay Ninh Economic Zone Trade Union: Honoring advanced models among workers and laborers

Mr. Trinh Van Phuoc - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation and Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien - Chairman of the Provincial Economic Zone Trade Union commended and rewarded representatives of collectives with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement for the period 2020-2025.

The conference aims to summarize and evaluate the results of the patriotic emulation movement among union officials, union members and workers in the implementation of tasks of units, enterprises and trade union organizations, and at the same time recognize and commend collectives and individuals who are exemplary union officials, union members and workers who have made outstanding contributions in labor and production in the period of 2020-2025.

Speaking at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien - Chairwoman of the Provincial Economic Zone Trade Union said that in recent years, the emulation movement among workers and laborers has been widely deployed by the Trade Unions in industrial zones, attracting a large number of workers and union members to participate. Thereby, it has contributed to the successful implementation of the socio -economic development tasks of the province, completing the tasks of the Tay Ninh Provincial Trade Union in general and the Economic Zone Trade Union in particular.

Typically, trade unions and workers have implemented more than 16,000 initiatives of workers, civil servants and laborers in the industrial park registered to participate in the program "75 thousand initiatives - overcoming difficulties, developing", the program "1 million initiatives determined to defeat the Covid-19 pandemic", with the profit amount of more than hundreds of billions of VND.

In the emulation movement “Good workers, creative workers”, nearly 1,000 technical innovation and kaizen initiatives were applied in practice. Many typical examples of workers from direct production were recognized and rewarded by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Provincial People's Committee. In addition, there are the Green - clean and beautiful movements, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene, the movement of being good at public work and taking care of housework, etc.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Lien - Chairwoman of the Provincial Economic Zone Trade Union was recognized as a typical advanced individual in the period 2020-2025.

In order for emulation movements in the new period to have widespread influence, contributing to creating a premise for implementing the socio-economic development plan in the coming time, especially the targets set out in the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, the Chairman of the Provincial Economic Zone Trade Union called on cadres, union members, employees and grassroots trade unions to continue promoting patriotic emulation movements among union members and employees; actively, dynamically and creatively implementing the digital transformation program, promoting initiatives, technical improvements, promoting research and application of scientific and technological advances in production; promoting cultural, artistic and sports activities.

During the discussion, three typical examples, the Chairmen of the Trade Unions of Sai Lun Vietnam Co., Ltd., Tran Hiep Thanh Textile Joint Stock Company and Hansae TN Co., Ltd., shared valuable practical experiences in trade union work at the grassroots level.

Many good models and effective methods in launching and maintaining emulation movements, motivating employees to promote their creativity, enthusiastically compete in work, improve productivity and work quality, bringing high efficiency in business activities of enterprises, each typical employee is an outstanding example in the emulation movement.
