On the morning of May 9, the Transport Trade Union coordinated with Thanh Hoa 19/5 Joint Stock Company to organize the launching ceremony of "Workers' Month" in 2024 and honor exemplary workers; launching a peak emulation campaign to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024).

Accordingly, in the "Workers' Month" of 2024, the Transport Industry Trade Union will promote and organize patriotic emulation movements among workers, civil servants, and laborers, focusing on the movement "Good workers, creative workers", promoting technical innovation initiatives"; "Workers, civil servants, and laborers in the Transport Industry take the lead in realizing the aspiration to build a civilized and prosperous Thanh Hoa homeland" in the period of 2021 - 2030. Continue to innovate and improve the quality of trade union activities; organize activities to care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.

At the launching ceremony, 40 union members and workers were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Transport Industry Union and Thanh Hoa 19/5 Joint Stock Company for their outstanding achievements in patriotic emulation movements on the occasion of "Workers' Month" in 2024.

On this occasion, 15 union members and workers in especially difficult circumstances received gifts from the Provincial Labor Federation, worth 1.3 million VND/gift.
