Since its establishment, the ward union has faced many difficulties due to its new organizational model, large area, streamlined apparatus while the needs of workers are increasingly diverse. To date, 14/331 enterprises with grassroots unions have signed Collective Labor Agreements, many of which have added provisions beneficial to employees such as increasing meal allowances, increasing bonuses, improving the working environment, and ensuring occupational safety and hygiene. The emulation movements "Good workers - Creative workers" have been widely deployed, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, contributing to improving productivity and income for employees.
A typical example in taking care of workers is the Yen Tu Monument and Landscape Management Board Union. The unit always pays attention to improving working conditions, implementing well the work of labor safety, welfare regime, motivating the spirit of staff and workers to serve tourists and preserve heritage. Mr. Trinh Nam Binh , Chairman of the Board of Trade Union, shared: "We consider taking care of workers as a key task, especially during the festival season and times of harsh weather. The Union always accompanies, promptly encourages, and helps union members feel secure in their work and the Yen Tu heritage."

The Trade Union coordinates with the company's leadership to improve working conditions, arrange reasonable shifts during peak seasons, pay attention to meal regimes, compensatory leave, and productivity bonuses. The unit regularly organizes cultural and sports exchanges, meetings on holidays and Tet, and supports housing and gifts for union members in difficult circumstances. Ms. Khong Thi Duyen, Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Tung Lam Development Joint Stock Company, emphasized: "In the past and in the future, we have determined the consistent goal of accompanying businesses in development for the sake of jobs, life and happiness of workers."

In Quang Ninh Cement and Construction Joint Stock Company , the union coordinates with the profession to maintain and implement many welfare activities, policies, organize union meals, give gifts to workers in difficulty, ensure labor safety in production... The emulation movement "Good Labor - Safety - Saving" is launched regularly, attracting a large number of workers to participate. Mr. Vu Trong Hiet, Deputy Director, Chairman of the Company's Union, shared: "Every initiative and improvement is aimed at safety, productivity and benefits for workers; the union is the bridge for all suggestions of workers to be listened to and resolved promptly".
Currently, the Ward Union is focusing on innovating its operating methods, promoting digital transformation in union member management, developing the organization, and striving for 100% of enterprises with grassroots unions to organize workers' conferences and periodic dialogues. Vu Duc Quyen , Chairman of Yen Tu Ward Union, affirmed: "The new term is the period when the ward union continues to focus on the grassroots. All activities must be measured by the satisfaction of union members and workers. We focus on caring for and protecting the rights, encouraging initiatives and creating a safe and happy working environment for workers."
