Shining the spirit of dedication and enthusiasm for the career of "growing people"

Throughout all regions of Thanh Hoa and at all levels of education, the education sector has shining examples of dedication, enthusiasm, and devotion to the cause of "growing people".

Teacher Le Thi Hoa, teacher of Tran Phu Secondary School, was honored to attend the 11th Patriotic Emulation Congress of Thanh Hoa province, period 2021-2025.

After graduating from the pedagogical school, in 1995, young teacher Nguyen Thi Vinh was assigned to work at Dien Trung Kindergarten, the old Ba Thuoc district. After 30 years of working in the profession and holding many positions, she is currently the Principal of Dien Lu Kindergarten, Dien Lu commune. With her love for the profession and children, she has led the school to grow and develop, and has been awarded many certificates of merit, emulation flags, and the title of excellent labor collective by the province and the education sector; and the Ministry of Education and Training awarded a Certificate of Merit for her outstanding achievements in the emulation movement "Innovation in management, teaching and learning"...

Ms. Nguyen Thi Vinh shared: "No matter what position I am in, I always clearly define my role and tasks, always think, learn about reality, research the current situation, find specific and suitable measures to apply and implement with the highest efficiency."

Ms. Vinh also actively visits classes and observes classes to help teachers improve the quality of teaching. Researches and learns to apply information technology in leadership, management, and teaching. Self-studying, self-training, writing experience initiatives, for 6 consecutive years she has had experience initiatives that won awards at the district and provincial levels and have been applied to bring practical results.

With a compassionate heart, last school year, she and the staff and teachers did a good job of mobilizing donations, helping students in especially difficult circumstances, and disabled children to participate in charity and humanitarian programs with a total budget of 33 million VND. In addition, she also proposed that the school union coordinate to call for donations to support a teacher with a serious illness with an amount of 8 million VND, support a disabled student with 2 million VND, and feed 4 students...

With her contributions, teacher Nguyen Thi Vinh is honored to be one of the typical individuals of Thanh Hoa education sector to attend the Provincial Patriotic Emulation Congress for the period 2021-2025.

At Tran Phu Secondary School, Nong Cong Commune, teacher Le Thi Hoa is always loved and trusted by colleagues, students and parents. She is one of the typical examples of teachers who are "passionate" about their profession and passionate about research. During her career, she has participated in writing experience initiatives for many years and has been recognized by scientific councils at all levels. She has many innovative teaching methods to inspire students. Among them, the innovative topics are: "Methods to quickly solve some types of advanced Chemistry exercises"; "Guiding students to do exercises on mixtures of amphoteric metals and metals dissolved in water"; “Practicing skills in doing exercises on determining chemical formulas in secondary schools”... has been successfully applied at Tran Phu Secondary School and a number of schools in Nong Cong district (old) through organizing specialized classes and specialized classes to train excellent students in the whole district, contributing to improving the quality of mass education as well as the key subject of Natural Sciences.

Teacher Le Thi Hoa shared: “I am very happy because every day I go to school with my students to discover new knowledge. For me, teaching is not just about imparting knowledge, but also about connecting with the soul, inspiring the passion and desire to learn of students. In each different stage, teachers are required to renew their thinking and methods to help students adapt to the new context, when the education system is strongly reforming to meet the requirements of development.”

In 2023, teacher Le Trong Vinh, a Literature teacher at Thieu Hoa High School (now in Thieu Hoa commune) was honored to be awarded the title of "Excellent Teacher" by the President. Teacher Vinh shared: "Literature is a subject that requires subtlety and emotion. Therefore, teachers must be the ones to guide each lesson to become a journey of knowledge discovery. Teachers not only teach words, but also teach how to feel, how to live, and arouse in students a love for literature, for people and life."

With more than two decades of dedication, Mr. Vinh not only teaches students to write good essays, but also teaches them to write a beautiful life, with personality, faith and kindness.

Thanh Hoa currently has more than 57,000 administrators, teachers, and staff at all levels. Among them, there are many examples of teachers who are constantly thinking, actively researching, innovating methods, and improving the quality of education. No matter where they teach, in any position, and despite having to overcome countless difficulties and hardships, teachers always keep the flame of passion and dedication to their profession, working hard to compete and create for a simple reason: All for their beloved students.
