Phuc Yen Shoe Joint Stock Company was equitized in 2005 on the basis of Phuc Yen Shoe Factory under Vietnam Leather and Footwear Corporation. After more than 20 years of development, the company has built 5 factories with an area of over 28 thousand m2, ensuring jobs for nearly 1 thousand workers.
With the main products being exported sports shoes and sandals, business activities depend mainly on orders from foreign partners, therefore, attracting and retaining skilled workers is the most important goal for the company's operations. Creating a safe and friendly working environment, so that employees consider the company as a second home is the guiding principle throughout the past decades, contributing to building the reputation of the Phuc Yen Shoes brand.
Through many changes in the design of the factory system and renovation of the campus towards increasing the proportion of trees and green space, Phuc Yen Shoe Joint Stock Company has built a green, clean production environment, ensuring good compliance with regulations on the working environment.
Walking from the administrative building to the production workshops, we were surprised by all kinds of flowers and ornamental plants, along both sides were green lawns, making the atmosphere here quite fresh, in contrast to normal factories.
Inside the workshops, workers are arranged in scientific working positions with reasonable density, ensuring a comfortable working space for workers. Production areas with high noise such as stamping and sole pressing are arranged separately, workers are equipped with soundproofing equipment to limit the impact on health due to noise.
Deputy Director of Phuc Yen Shoes Joint Stock Company Tran Quang Khai shared: The working environment plays an important role, directly affecting labor productivity. A safe, friendly, and airy working environment will ensure the necessary factors for high-efficiency labor, ensuring health to serve long-term development goals.
To improve the spiritual life of workers and laborers, the company annually organizes cultural, artistic and sports activities, arousing the spirit of solidarity and sharing so that workers can be attached and feel secure in their dedication. At the same time, it organizes professional competitions for management teams, team leaders, etc. with incentives to create a competitive environment to help workers voluntarily improve their skills.
Overcoming difficulties in production and business, Phuc Yen Shoe Joint Stock Company is always one of the enterprises operating effectively, contributing positively to the economic and social development, implementing well the legal regulations on social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, fully declaring and paying social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, no late payment, late payment and debt of social insurance, ensuring the rights of employees.

In 2025, the company's production and business situation is forecast to face many difficulties because the products are mainly produced for export to the US and EU markets. The new tariff system built by the US in the recent past may greatly affect the whole year's revenue. To compensate for the decline, the company's Board of Directors will accelerate the process of approaching new markets, expanding into untapped potential markets, thereby striving to complete the set business goals.
