Closing Ceremony of the Provincial DIY Training Equipment Competition 2025

On May 30, the Department of Education and Training held the closing ceremony of the Provincial Self-made Training Equipment Competition 2025.

The contest was held from May 27-30, attracting the participation of 104 authors and groups of authors from 8 units and vocationaleducation institutions (VET) with 21 competing devices.

According to the Organizing Committee, the equipment in this year's competition is of higher quality than previous years in terms of design, structure, functionality in teaching for teachers and vocational training skills for students. Most of the equipment in the competition has reasonable manufacturing costs, making use of old materials but still ensuring functionality, meeting the actual teaching and learning needs of teachers and students. This shows that the professional expertise, creativity, and scientific research ability of the teaching staff at vocational education institutions are increasingly improved.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 5 First Prizes, 5 Second Prizes, 5 Third Prizes and 6 Consolation Prizes to authors and author groups; awarded 1 First Prize, 1 Second Prize, 2 Third Prizes and 4 Consolation Prizes to outstanding groups. At the same time, 11 devices with high results were selected to participate in the National DIY Training Equipment Contest in 2025.
