Voters have opinions on traffic, electricity, and prevention of counterfeit and poor quality goods.

* Mr. Truong Nhat Quang - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, together with the delegation of the Provincial People's Council and Go Dau District People's Council, had a meeting with voters of Bau Don commune before the 21st session of the Provincial People's Council and the 13th session of the District People's Council, term 2021-2026.

Voters of Bau Don commune proposed to the provincial and district People's Council delegates a number of issues such as: considering repairing damaged light bulbs on the Xom Bo - Bau Don route, redrawing blurred road markings; dredging and clearing the flow of Ben San stream because flooding has killed many durian trees; strengthening the prevention of counterfeit and poor quality goods; some households in hamlets 5 and 6 have difficulty using electricity, voters requested the relevant agencies to upgrade the power lines to make it convenient for people in daily life and agricultural production; it is necessary to increase the level of administrative penalties for littering in the wrong places.

Representatives of functional departments and local government leaders responded to voters' opinions and recommendations at the meeting. The delegation of the Provincial and District People's Councils noted a number of opinions and forwarded them to relevant agencies to respond to voters in the coming time.

Huu Bao

* Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, together with the delegation of the Provincial People's Council Unit No. 11, the delegation of the Duong Minh Chau District People's Council Units No. 4 and No. 8 had a meeting with more than 150 voters of Cau Khoi and Phuoc Minh communes.

Voters of Phuoc Minh commune gave their opinions to the provincial and district People's Council delegates on a number of issues, such as: requesting to upgrade and repair Road No. 9 in Phuoc Nghia hamlet to ensure safety for people when participating in traffic; currently, some households in Phuoc Loc hamlet are having difficulty using electricity, voters requested the relevant agencies to upgrade the power lines to make life more convenient for people; requesting to consider and grant land use right certificates to some households in the 309-hectare public land area in Phuoc Minh commune.

Representatives of the provincial and district People's Council delegations and local authorities responded and clarified opinions and recommendations within their authority; at the same time, they recorded the remaining opinions and forwarded them to competent agencies for consideration and resolution in accordance with the provisions of law.

Bach Le

* The delegation of the Provincial People's Council, including Mr. Thanh Tu Du - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Son - Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union; Colonel Nguyen Van Dung - Deputy Political Commissar of the Tay Ninh Border Guard Command, and the delegation of the Chau Thanh District People's Council had a meeting with voters of Dong Khoi commune.

Voters of Dong Khoi commune made recommendations to delegates on the following issues: the road at Group 15, Tua Hai Hamlet is degraded, although it has been repaired by the locality, it still causes difficulties for people when traveling, especially in the current rainy season; changing the structure of horns and lights for cars and trucks causes unsafety for traffic participants, voters requested that the authorities have solutions to strictly handle acts of changing the structure of vehicles.

In addition, voters of Dong Khoi commune also reported traffic insecurity in the TN-17 canal area, the section adjacent to National Highway 22, where traffic accidents and collisions often occur.

The opinions and recommendations of voters were received and explained by the provincial and district People's Council delegates right at the meeting. For opinions beyond their authority, the delegates took note and forwarded them to the relevant agencies for consideration and handling according to regulations.

Gia Han

* Mr. Le Minh The - Secretary of Tay Ninh City Party Committee and delegates of Tay Ninh Provincial and City People's Council had a meeting with voters of Ward IV.

At this meeting, voters had 2 opinions, specifically: alley 78 is flooded during the rainy season, voters recommended that the relevant agencies repair and upgrade the road to avoid flooding; the relevant agencies strengthen the inspection of encroachment and trade, and manage order in the area around Ward IV market.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Oanh - Vice Chairwoman of the City People's Committee answered the opinions and recommendations of voters at the meeting. At the same time, she informed voters of Ward IV about the arrangement, merger, and management of the headquarters of administrative units in Tay Ninh city after the arrangement.

* Provincial People's Council delegates including: Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Quyen - Head of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade and the delegation of Tan Chau district People's Council met with voters of Tan Hoi and Tan Hiep communes.

Voters of Tan Hoi commune requested that the relevant authorities pay attention to repairing the damaged light bulbs on route 785; repairing the internal road in Hoi Thanh hamlet because it has degraded; currently, the situation of counterfeit goods is rampant in the market, voters requested that the relevant authorities consider handling it according to the provisions of the law to protect the rights of consumers.

Voters in Tan Hiep commune have commented that the traffic routes in the commune have degraded and are damaged, affecting people's travel; medical examination and treatment services under health insurance have not met people's needs, there is a shortage of medicine and medical equipment; the work of granting land use right certificates is still slow, causing difficulties for people in using land.

District and commune leaders and specialized agencies answered and clarified voters' opinions; at the same time, recorded the remaining opinions and forwarded them to relevant functional agencies to continue responding to voters.

Quyen Hoang

* Ms. Truong Thi Phuong Thao - Head of the Culture - Social Committee of the Provincial People's Council, together with the delegation of the Provincial People's Council and Ben Cau District People's Council, had 3 meetings with nearly 300 voters of Long Khanh, Long Thuan and An Thanh communes.

At the meeting, voters of Long Khanh and An Thanh communes expressed their concern about information about fake goods, medicines, milk and functional foods circulating in the market, affecting consumers' health; requested the relevant agencies to strengthen management, inspection and prevention of fake and poor quality goods.

Voters requested to soon upgrade degraded and muddy residential roads in the rainy season; local authorities and functional agencies should inspect and handle pig farms along the 327 drainage canal (in Long Thinh and Long Cuong hamlets) that discharge water and waste from their farms, causing environmental pollution; and request the issuance of certificates of land use rights for rice fields along the border of Long Khanh commune after completing the demarcation and marking of the land border between Vietnam and Cambodia.

In addition, voters suggested that it is necessary to step up propaganda so that people actively participate in voluntary health insurance and social insurance; and to have solutions to deal with abandoned old headquarters of agencies and units, because some places have become places where young people gather late at night.

Voters' opinions and recommendations were explained and satisfactorily answered by representatives of the Provincial and District People's Council Delegation and leaders of the People's Committees of communes at the meetings.

Quang Son

* Mr. Nguyen Hoang Nam - Chief Inspector of the province and the delegation of the Provincial People's Council and Trang Bang Town People's Council had a meeting with voters of Loc Hung ward.

At the meeting, voters commented on the slow construction progress of Route 787, the unfinished section of the road near Kenh Dong Bridge causing difficulties for people to travel; Tram Dinh field is flooded every rainy season, killing rice and crops of the people; voters suggested installing more Agribank ATMs in Loc Hung ward to make it more convenient for people to withdraw money during peak days; and making sidewalks for Route 787 to improve urban aesthetics.

Voters' opinions and recommendations were answered by representatives of relevant agencies and local government leaders at the meeting; some opinions and recommendations beyond their authority were recorded to be reported to relevant agencies for consideration and resolution.
