Located in 3 hamlets (Tan Tien 3, Tan Tien 4, Trang) of Tan Duong commune, Tan Duong Industrial Park has been formed on an area of nearly 13 hectares. According to the investor of the technical infrastructure of the Industrial Park, Thagaco International Investment Joint Stock Company (Thagaco), the site clearance work has been completed and the next items are being constructed, especially the traffic infrastructure.
According to the plan, immediately after completing the technical infrastructure, the investor of the industrial park will build a garment factory on the entire area of the industrial park, with a capacity of 2.2 million products/year, a total investment of 450 billion VND, creating jobs for about 4,000-4,500 local workers.
Mr. Ngo Manh Cuong, Deputy Director of Project Development of Thagaco Company, said: The CCN is being implemented on schedule. The Company strives to complete the investment and construction of the Cluster's infrastructure in the first quarter of 2024. At the same time, Thagaco Company will complete the legal procedures for the Thagaco Dinh Hoa Garment Factory Construction Project for simultaneous implementation, striving to put it into production by the end of 2024.
The establishment of Tan Duong Industrial Park reflects the efforts of the investor as well as the authorities at all levels, functional agencies of the province and district. The representative of the Department of Industry and Trade commented that, right from the planning stage, Tan Duong Industrial Park was chosen in a location that converges many favorable factors. In terms of transportation, the Industrial Park is located on Ho Chi Minh Road, easily connecting with Thai Nguyen - Cho Moi route, Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway and the provinces of Bac Kan, Tuyen Quang...
The industrial park is only 3km from the center of Dinh Hoa district, convenient for building connecting infrastructure, especially electricity, water and attracting human resources in the district center area...
As the first industrial park in the district, Tan Duong also has the advantage of recruiting human resources in the district, and at the same time enjoys preferential mechanisms and support from the local government and people. The clearest evidence is that 115 households affected by the Project have received compensation for site clearance early.
Dinh Hoa has potential and strengths in agricultural and forestry production and agricultural and forestry product processing industry. In 2022, the value of industrial and handicraft production of the district will reach over 295 billion VND.
