On the morning of May 17, the relics of Buddha Shakyamuni - the National Treasure of India - were carried from Quan Su Pagoda ( Hanoi ) to Tam Chuc Pagoda (Ba Sao Ward, Kim Bang Town, Ha Nam).
Arriving in Ha Nam province, Buddha's relics were carried through main roads such as Le Cong Thanh - Bien Hoa - Ly Thuong Kiet... in the worship of many people and Buddhists standing on both sides of the road.
Next, the Buddha's relics were carried to the Tam Quan gate outside Tam Chuc Pagoda, around Tam Chuc Lake and enshrined at Tam The Temple. Here, Buddhists, locals and tourists can come to worship the Buddha's relics from May 17 to 21.
The Organizing Committee requests that people, Buddhists and tourists strictly follow the regulations when coming to worship. The Organizing Committee does not collect fees, does not accept wreaths or offerings, and does not perform offering rituals at the place where the relics are enshrined.
People and tourists must line up in an orderly manner, follow instructions, remain silent and are not allowed to take photos/film in the area where the Buddha's relics are enshrined. Children under 2 years old and people wearing inappropriate clothing will not be allowed to enter. In case of elderly people, people with poor health or disabilities, the Organizing Committee will guide them to follow the appropriate priority lane.
Besides the activities of worshipping Buddha's relics, Tam Chuc Pagoda is also the place where many events take place, such as: Vesak Buddha's Birthday; flower lantern night praying for national peace and prosperity; pilgrimage program on the path of religion; vegetarian food street./.
