Enforced land recovery of the first plot of land at the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project, section through Long Thanh

The land was recovered - to serve Component Project 1, part of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project through Long Thanh District ( Dong Nai Province) - located on map sheet No. 24, Long Duc Commune. The enforcement process took place in accordance with legal regulations, without any complicated situations. The people complied seriously, without any acts of resistance or obstruction to the authorities.

The Land Reclamation Enforcement Board of Component Project 1, part of the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project of Long Thanh District, read the notice before carrying out the enforcement.

Previously, on May 13, the Land Reclamation Enforcement Board of Long Thanh District issued Plan No. 02/PA-BCC on organizing enforcement, demolition of constructions, and relocation of assets to implement Component Project 1. According to this plan, a total of 15 households will be subject to enforcement, due to failure to hand over the site on time despite repeated propaganda and mobilization.

According to the Long Thanh District People's Committee, most households cooperated and did not object to the land acquisition. However, many households requested to be resettled to stabilize their lives.

After reviewing according to current legal regulations, these cases are not eligible for resettlement but will be considered for registration to buy social housing.

Authorities dismantled a construction on the land of a household on map sheet number 24, Long Duc commune.

From now until May 19, Long Thanh district will continue to promote propaganda and mobilize the remaining households. After this time, if the households still do not hand over the land, the Enforcement Board will continue to implement the next enforcement rounds to ensure the progress of handing over the land to the investor for project construction.

The Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway project through Long Thanh district is about 28 km long, with a total area of ​​nearly 228 hectares to be recovered, with 2,786 affected cases. Up to now, the district has completed more than 99% of the site clearance, creating favorable conditions for the implementation of this national key project on schedule.
