1. In the context of Vietnam's pursuit of sustainable development, energy transition, and Net Zero commitments by 2050, Song Da Cao Cuong Joint Stock Company (Song Da Cao Cuong) has been affirming its pioneering role as a science and technology enterprise in the field of fly ash treatment and the production of green building materials.
Faced with the severe environmental impact of fly ash from thermal power plants, Song Da Cao Cuong has chosen a bold path: transforming "waste" into "resources". With a total investment of nearly 400 billion VND, phase 1 of the project at the Vinh Tan Power Center (Vinh Hao commune) has established a modern fly ash processing line with a capacity of 750,000 tons/year, marking a milestone in turning challenges into opportunities.
From here, products such as high-quality fly ash, high-quality processed coal, ready-mixed dry mortar, tile and stone adhesive, etc., have been developed, serving the domestic construction industry and exporting internationally. Along with this is the warehousing and import/export system at Vinh Tan International Port, ensuring trade connectivity and elevating the Vietnamese brand on the world map of building materials. This achievement not only contributes to definitively resolving the issue of accumulated fly ash but also demonstrates a sustainable approach – where science and technology become the key to solving environmental problems.
Not content with its initial achievements, Song Da Cao Cuong is preparing to enter a new phase: phase 2 with the "Green Building Materials Manufacturing Complex". With an estimated investment of 1,520 billion VND in the period 2026 - 2028, this project is expected to become a symbol of green industry nationwide.

In addition, the company's projects such as "Research on processing and application of dredged material from Vinh Tan International Port and Vinh Tan Power Center combined with thermal power plant fly ash to make concrete components for seawalls and marine and island structures" and "Design, manufacture, installation, and completion of low-rise prefabricated houses for low-income workers in the province and provinces in the South Central and Central Highlands regions" also have great significance.
On the one hand, the project helps to thoroughly address the amount of fly ash generated, minimizing environmental impact. On the other hand, it creates more jobs for local workers, promotes the development of supporting industries, and contributes to the provincial budget. More importantly, this is a concrete step towards realizing Vietnam's Net Zero 2050 goal – where the circular economy and renewable energy become the foundation for development.
2. Meanwhile, at the Nam Ha 2 Industrial Cluster in Tra Tan commune, bordering Dong Nai province, the HLI Eco-Hub Nam Ha project, with a total investment of over 1,700 billion VND on 27 hectares of factory space by Hoa Long Invest, is under construction, meeting the requirements of multinational corporations investing in Vietnam.
With over 12 years of experience in developing ready-built factories and owning more than 120 hectares of factory space for lease under a comprehensive service model and oriented towards LEED standards nationwide, Hoa Long Invest is expected, through this project, to make a strong contribution to Lam Dong's dual goals: attracting high-quality FDI associated with environmental protection, while simultaneously promoting local socio-economic growth.
To date, the HLI EcoHub Nam Ha project has completed phase 1 with 4.2 hectares of factory space and is currently implementing phase 2 with 8.2 hectares of LEED-certified factory space. The factory designs are flexible and diverse, with areas starting from 5,000 m², suitable for various production models. The project is expected to attract approximately 150 FDI enterprises in the textile, food, and electronics industries, among others. This will create a strong production network with major partners from Taiwan, Japan, China, and many other countries and territories.

Therefore, HLI EcoHub Nam Ha is expected to create a breakthrough by attracting FDI capital, contributing positively to the budget, and simultaneously opening up thousands of local job opportunities for people in Tra Tan commune and the surrounding area. Furthermore, the project will create a positive environment for local workers to receive training, improve their skills, and access advanced technology and management methods. This will foster a high-quality workforce, laying the foundation for the long-term development of the locality.
Furthermore, the project's presence also leads to the development of supporting industries, trade, logistics, services, etc., creating a vibrant economic ecosystem and contributing to the structural shift from purely agricultural to a more balanced, modern, and sustainable agriculture-industry-service model. Besides HLI Eco-Hub Nam Ha, Hoa Long Invest's projects are oriented towards developing high-quality production infrastructure while prioritizing environmental protection and human health.
The company focuses on increasing green spaces, reducing carbon emissions, and optimizing temperature, light, and natural wind. Simultaneously, it is researching and implementing renewable energy solutions such as rooftop solar power to optimize energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions.
“Innovate the economic growth model towards green and sustainable development, applying science and technology, promoting innovation, improving productivity, quality, efficiency, and competitiveness; strongly develop the digital economy, green economy, circular economy, and sharing economy; develop the economy in an open space, linked to the province's urban development axes, ensuring the inheritance and maximization of the province's existing potential, advantages, and resources, as well as favorable conditions, opportunities, and new prospects to accelerate development.”
