By 4 p.m. on November 26, Truong Sa special zone had received more than 200 fishing boats with more than 2,000 fishermen to take shelter from the storm. Forces on the island mobilized more than 400 officers and soldiers to support people in reinforcing houses and tying boats; the islands supported more than 10,000 liters of fresh water, necessities, medicine and arranged temporary accommodation for fishermen.
