Featured Art program to welcome the Congress of Ethnic Minorities of Dien Bien province.

The art program to welcome the 4th Congress of Ethnic Minorities of Dien Bien Province in 2024 was held on the evening of November 7 at the Dien Bien Phu Victory Monument Ceremony Ground.

The program with the theme: "DIEN BIEN IS BRIGHT IN COLORS" was performed by artists and actors of Dien Bien Provincial Art Troupe with 12 performances, elaborately staged, imbued with the identity of the ethnic groups living in Dien Bien province. The performances not only reflect the unique cultural characteristics of each ethnic group but also convey the message of solidarity, towards the common development of Dien Bien. The art program is imbued with traditional colors, but also combines modern elements to attract the attention of young people and delegates attending.

This is an event for Dien Bien people to be proud of their history and national culture and contribute to preserving their identity, while creating opportunities for ethnic communities to meet, exchange and learn.
