The 8th Congress of the Trade Union of Dinh Vang Company Limited was a great success.

With the attention and direction of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation, on the morning of November 8, 2025, in a solemn, warm and enthusiastic atmosphere, the 8th Congress of Trade Union Delegates of Dinh Vang Company Limited, term 2025-2030 took place successfully.

The Congress was honored to welcome comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan - Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, City Party Committee member, Chairman of the Hai Phong City Labor Federation to attend and direct the Congress.

Also attending were Ms. Tran Thi To Hoa - Deputy Director of the Company, representative of the Company's Board of Directors, and many union members from the factories.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Anh Tuan praised the outstanding achievements of the Dinh Vang Company Limited Trade Union in the past term; at the same time, he requested the new Executive Committee to continue to promote its representative role, care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers; and accompany the enterprise in the process of sustainable development.

The Congress summarized and evaluated the results of the 2020-2025 term, and set out the direction and tasks for the 2025-2030 term with the motto "Companionship - Responsibility - Creativity - Development". The Company's Trade Union continued to affirm its role as a bridge between employees and the Board of Directors, a place to listen, share, protect the rights and improve the spiritual and material life of union members.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Tran Thi To Hoa - Deputy Director of the Company - acknowledged and highly appreciated the positive contribution of the trade union organization in building a united and close-knit working environment between officers and employees. She affirmed that the Company's Board of Directors, especially General Director Nguyen Kim Thuy, always cares and creates favorable conditions for trade union activities to develop more and more strongly.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Dinh Vang Company Limited for the 2025-2030 term, demonstrating the unity, solidarity and determination of the union members and employees in continuing to build the Company for stable and sustainable development.
