The Trade Union of Tuyen Quang Electricity Company sets the goal of being in the good group of the Northern Electricity Corporation.

On November 3, the Tuyen Quang Power Company Trade Union held the 1st Trade Union Congress, term 2025-2030. Attending the Congress were leaders of the Northern Power Corporation Trade Union.

Leaders of the Northern Power Corporation Trade Union presented Certificates of Merit to individuals.

The total number of employees of Tuyen Quang Power Company as of September 30 is 1,242 people. During the past term, the Company has ensured stable employment and improved working conditions for employees. Salaries, incomes and living standards of employees have been improved year after year. The workforce is rejuvenated with improved professional qualifications and skills, and has the ability to access modern and advanced technology, meeting the requirements of tasks in the 4.0 technology era.

Besides the achieved results, the Company's Trade Union still has some limitations such as: The propaganda and dissemination of policies of some member trade unions have not really been focused on; the movement of technical innovation initiatives and solutions to rationalize production and business is not vibrant and effective. The 1st Executive Committee of the Tuyen Quang Power Company Trade Union, term 2025-2030, was introduced to the Congress.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Tuyen Quang Power Company Trade Union sets the following goals: Continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, dynamism and creativity in production and business; maintain solidarity, maintain the title of an excellent and strong Trade Union, coordinate with the professional team to build the Company into the good group of the Northern Power Corporation; continue to upgrade customer services; develop power grid infrastructure to ensure stable power supply for customers, especially industrial parks and clusters; promote grid modernization and automation; deploy digitalization in all aspects of production and business.

The Congress introduced the Executive Committee of the Tuyen Quang Power Company's Trade Union, term 2025-2030, consisting of 13 comrades; introduced the delegation of the Company's Trade Union to attend the 14th Congress of the Northern Power Corporation's Trade Union, term 2025-2030.

On this occasion, the Northern Power Corporation Trade Union awarded Certificates of Merit to 19 union members of Tuyen Quang Power Company with outstanding achievements in Union activities.
