The 1st Congress of Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee held a preparatory session.

Attending the Congress were representatives of the Central Party Committees. On the side of Thai Nguyen province, there were Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Trinh Viet Hung; Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Binh; Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Hoang Son; Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee Dinh Quang Tuyen.

At the Preparatory Session, the Congress elected the number and personnel of the Congress Presidium consisting of 17 people.

The report synthesizing comments on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party presented at the Congress shows that Party committees and organizations at all levels have seriously implemented the collection of opinions from cadres, party members and the people. Each cadre and party member has promoted their responsibility in researching, discussing and contributing in-depth opinions.

All participants agreed with the drafts; unanimously assessed that the drafts were carefully prepared, of high quality, and reflected the will and aspirations of cadres, party members and the people.

At the same time, integrating the three documents submitted to the 14th Congress is a breakthrough decision, demonstrating innovative thinking. It ensures consistency in guiding ideology and synchronization in determining viewpoints, goals and implementation solutions.

At the preparatory session, delegates listened to 5 presentations contributing their opinions on the draft documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party. The list was divided into discussion groups and the Presidium briefed them on some contents in preparation for the second working day of the Congress.

With the motto "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Creativity - Development", the Congress demonstrates Thai Nguyen's strong determination to overcome difficulties and challenges. Successfully implement the goals, orientations and tasks for the 2025 - 2030 term, building Thai Nguyen province to develop rapidly and sustainably.

With a particularly important geopolitical , economic and cultural position, being the gateway for exchange between the capital Hanoi and the northern mountainous provinces, and at the same time being the regional center of industry, education - training, healthcare and services, Thai Nguyen plays a leading role, a driving force for development, spreading to the entire region; is a locality that converges many potentials and advantages, making important contributions to the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country, and is assigned by the Central Government many important responsibilities in the regional development strategy.

The official opening session of the 1st Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, will take place from 7:30 a.m. on September 23, at the Thai Nguyen Provincial Cultural Center.
