According to Master Duong Trong Phuc, Deputy Principal of Ly Tu Trong Youth Union School (Ho Chi Minh City), the draft documents submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party, which have been widely circulated for public consultation and fully accessible to the people, will help them better understand the issues the Party has addressed over the past five years, as well as the orientations and plans for the coming period.
The draft Action Program for implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Congress of the Party also identifies: Strongly promoting the leading role of the people, socialist democracy, and the strength of national unity; including building and implementing mechanisms and policies to ensure the people's right to participate in contributing opinions to the process of formulating the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State, and ensuring the accountability of Party and State agencies to the people.

Regarding young human resources, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Quan hopes that the Government and Ho Chi Minh City will further accelerate the establishment of centers to support human resource development. Mr. Vu Anh Tuan, Secretary General of the Ho Chi Minh City Informatics Association, said: "This is very practical and necessary for businesses. The major policies and directions that have been identified will create a clear legal framework and promote specific action programs afterwards. "Information technology businesses in general, and digital businesses in particular, have high expectations that in the coming time, the new policies will promote market development, first domestically and then internationally, so that Vietnam can export solutions, especially those with high intellectual content such as artificial intelligence and IoT devices, to the world," Mr. Vu Anh Tuan shared.
