Provincial Youth Union leaders presented flowers to congratulate the Congress.

The past term took place in the context of the Customs sector streamlining its apparatus. From June 15, 2025, the Youth Union organization was transferred from being directly under the Provincial Youth Union to the Youth Union of the Provincial People's Committee. The Youth Union of the Sub-Department quickly completed its organization, stabilized its operations, promoted the youth tradition of Quang Ninh Customs, and successfully carried out the tasks and targets set out in the 2022-2025 term.

Promoting the vanguard spirit in performing the "Two Support" tasks (Supporting civil servants and employees of the unit in performing professional tasks and Guiding and supporting businesses in the process of carrying out customs procedures) is one of the outstanding and consistent contents of the youth of Branch VIII in the past term; contributing to creating favorable conditions for businesses and building the image of Quang Ninh Customs as a professional and friendly one.

The Branch's leaders affirmed the role of Youth Union members in building the image of Quang Ninh Customs as professional and friendly.

Also during the term, more than 250 union members participated in 65 projects, tasks, and over 100 social security activities with a total donation value of more than 600 million VND. The "Creative Youth" movement was maintained stably with 30-40 initiatives each year, accounting for 50-60% of the total number of initiatives of the Department.

The unit was awarded a Certificate of Merit for Excellent Unit by the Provincial Youth Union for 3 consecutive years (2022, 2023, 2024); for 2 years (2022, 2023) it led the Creative Youth movement; in 2023 it was honored to receive the Emulation Flag for Excellent Union Work. Many union members were honored at typical awards such as Ly Tu Trong, Young Talent, Outstanding Young Party Member.

Two collectives and five individuals were commended for their outstanding achievements in the Youth Union and youth movement for the 2022-2025 term.

Entering the 2025-2030 term, with the slogan of action "Youth of Customs Branch VIII: Aspiration - Solidarity - Responsibility - Creativity - Development, meeting the management requirements according to the model of Digital Customs, Smart Customs, Green Customs", the Branch's Youth Union aims to build a truly strong Youth Union organization, creating a training environment and aspiration for dedication for Youth Union members; promoting the spirit of volunteerism, arousing intelligence and youth in administrative reform, digital transformation; improving the effectiveness of Youth Union work and youth movements, contributing to the implementation and excellent completion of the tasks of agencies and units.

The Executive Committee of the 15th Regional Customs Sub-Department VIII, term 2025-2030, was introduced to the Congress.

The Congress appointed a Delegation to attend the Congress at a higher level, appointed the Executive Committee of the 15th Regional Customs Branch VIII Youth Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 15 comrades, and passed a Resolution with many key targets and tasks, creating a new mark in the Youth Union work and youth movement of the Customs sector in the integration period.
