The 22nd Congress of Delegates of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Son La Provincial Police, term 2025-2030

The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Son La Provincial Police consists of 10 grassroots organizations with more than 1,200 members. During the past term, the propaganda and education work of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Son La Provincial Police has been innovated in content and form in a lively, practical, effective direction, close to each youth group, focusing on combining education and self-education through practical activities. The implementation of three revolutionary action movements has been widely supported by union members and young people, and has been recognized by society through voluntary activities for social security.

During the term, many volunteer activities were organized for community life with a total value of over 12 billion VND. The project "Happiness for Children" was built and implemented, with 50 schools, 3 bridges, and 5 happy houses. More than 130 projects and tasks were carried out to support poor youth in economic development, environmental sanitation, and cultural life, and the construction of the "Village Light" project. The project "Nuoi Em Moc Chau" provided nutritious lunches for nearly 12,000 students in the province...

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Son La Provincial Police continues to diversify traditional education activities through historical and political events for union members; effectively maintain the activities of the Propaganda Club, disseminate legal education, improve, consolidate, train, foster and improve the capacity of the team of reporters, effectively direct the activities of grasping public opinion of the union. Actively coordinate with the commune, ward and affiliated unions to strengthen and promote the combined strength of youth of all forces participating in ensuring social order and safety, etc. Strive to complete at least 1 youth project at the Provincial Police Youth Union level every year; each Youth Union unit registers to undertake and implement at least 1 grassroots youth project or task to contribute to the implementation of the unit's political tasks; 80% or more of the Youth Union units complete their tasks well; 80% or more of the Union members complete their tasks well.

The Congress announced the Decision of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee to appoint the Provincial Police Youth Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 16 comrades. Captain Nguyen Dinh Anh holds the position of Head of the Son La Provincial Police Youth Committee. At the same time, 4 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate were elected to attend the Congress of the Youth Union at a higher level.
