Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee Deputy Secretary Bui Thang attended the Festival in Phan Thiet ward.

Residential Group 12 has 666 households with 2,916 people. People here mainly make a living from fishing. Over the past year, the people of Residential Group 12 have been united, in agreement, and have confidence in the leadership of the Party and the government; their lives and incomes have gradually improved; security and order have been stable, and the neighborhood relationship has become increasingly close.

In 2025, Residential Group 12 continues to promote the spirit of solidarity, support each other in economic development, sustainable poverty reduction, and encourage legitimate enrichment. Up to now, 156 households have received loans from social policy banks with a total amount of nearly 7.9 billion VND, contributing to job creation and stabilizing people's lives. 100% of households have access to electricity and clean water, and cultural - social movements, education , and health care have been effectively implemented.

On this occasion, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Thang presented 10 gifts (each worth 1 million VND) to poor and disadvantaged households in Residential Group 12. In addition, 40 gifts for disadvantaged households and 15 gifts for students who have overcome difficulties and excelled in their studies were also presented by Residential Group 12 at the festival, contributing to spreading the spirit of solidarity and mutual love in the community.
