Dak Lak solemnly and respectfully held the Hung Kings' Commemoration Ceremony at Lac Giao Communal House National Historical Site

On the morning of April 7, at the Lac Giao Commemoration National Historical Site , the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held the Hung Kings' Commemoration Ceremony in the year of At Ty 2025 with a solemn ceremony to commemorate the Hung Kings, creating a respectful, sacred atmosphere, looking back to the origin.

The Hung Kings' Commemoration Ceremony was solemnly and respectfully held at Lac Giao Communal House National Historical Site.

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Huynh Thi Chien Hoa - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Tran Phu Hung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Tuan Ha - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of Departments, branches and many people and artisans.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, delegates participated in the ceremony of offering incense, flowers, gifts and memorial speeches to report to the National Ancestor Hung King.

With a sincere heart, grateful for the merits of the Hung Kings, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tuan Ha respectfully reported to the souls of the ancestors about the great achievements that the entire Party, the entire army, and the entire people of Dak Lak province have achieved in the cause of innovation, integration, and national development. In the new era, the government and people of all ethnic groups in Dak Lak province vow to unite, overcome difficulties, join hands to build Dak Lak province to become increasingly rich, civilized, and unique, creating a solid foundation for the whole country to enter the era of national development.

Within the framework of the ceremony, delegates and people also enjoyed the welcoming gong performance, Cheo and Quan Ho singing performances by the Tay Nguyen Folk Song - Cheo Club, Ea Kar district.

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Hung Kings' Commemoration Ceremony will be held from April 6 to April 7, 2025 (March 9 to March 10, At Ty year), at the Lac Giao Commemoration National Historical Site (Tan Tien Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City). Activities before the Commemoration Ceremony include lion and dragon dances, demonstrations of Chung cake wrapping, and Day cake pounding. The festival will include calligraphy, food display and introduction, Gong cultural performances; street music , and photo exhibitions.

Delegates and people offer incense to commemorate the Hung Kings.

The Hung Kings' Commemoration Day is held annually on the 10th day of the third lunar month to honor national cultural values; affirm the position and great significance of the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day as a national holiday, educating the tradition and morality of "When drinking water, remember its source".

Artists of the Tay Nguyen Folk Song - Cheo Club, Ea Kar district performed Cheo and Quan Ho singing at the ceremony.

Many members and people participated in the performance of wrapping Chung cake and Day cake to offer to the Hung Kings.

This is an opportunity for the people of all ethnic groups in the province to turn to their roots, show their respect, and remember the merits of the Hung Kings who built and defended the country. Thereby contributing to consolidating and developing the great national unity bloc in the province, encouraging all classes of people to enthusiastically compete and successfully carry out the tasks and goals of economic, cultural and social development of Dak Lak province in the coming period.
