According to Report No. 341/BC-UBND of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee on synthesizing the results of collecting comments on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution, the whole province had a total of 21,526 comments, of which 528 were from agencies and organizations (with 374 conferences) and 20,998 were from individuals.
Specifically, regarding the content of the amendment and supplement to Article 9, there were 21,523/21,526 opinions in favor; Article 10 had 21,525/21,526 opinions in favor; Clause 1, Article 84 had 21,524/21,526 opinions in favor; Article 110 had 21,524/21,526 opinions in favor; Clause 2, Article 111 had 21,526/21,526 opinions in favor; Clause 2, Article 112 had 21,525/21,526 opinions in favor; Clause 1, Article 114 had 21,526/21,526 opinions in favor; Clause 2, Article 115 had 21,524/21,526 opinions in favor and on constitutional techniques had 21,526/21,526 opinions in favor.

According to the assessment of the Provincial People's Committee, all opinions expressed high agreement and consensus on the necessity of issuing a Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution.
Most opinions believe that this amendment and supplement aims to promptly institutionalize the Party's new guidelines and policies, overcome limitations and shortcomings revealed through the process of implementing the Constitution, ensure unity and synchronization in the legal system and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of State management and the people's mastery.

Many opinions assessed that the draft resolution demonstrated the spirit of administrative reform, decentralization and stronger delegation of power; affirmed the role and position of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio- political organizations in the political system; and specified the accountability of subjects in legislative, supervisory and local government organization activities.
