According to the report of the leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the main events of the 2025 Sea Culture - Tourism Festival taking place at April 2 Square (Nha Trang City) include: The "Nha Trang say Hi" music festival (taking place on the evening of June 7, broadcast live on KTV of Khanh Hoa Newspaper); the international cultural exchange program (evening of June 8); the Carnival parade (evening of June 9). Up to now, preparations for these 3 events have been carried out on schedule. In particular, the "Nha Trang say Hi" music festival has the participation of many artists from the program "Anh trai say Hi" and at the end of the event there will be a high-altitude fireworks display. The international cultural exchange program will have the participation of artists from the city. Ulsan (Korea), Lorient (France), Ninh Thuan Province Cultural and Art Center, Hai Dang Song and Dance Troupe, beauties from the Miss Vietnam Sea and Island 2025 contest. The Carnival parade has a scale of nearly 1,200 extras, with 15 flower cars, and the top 45 contestants of the Miss Universe Vietnam - Miss Cosmo Vietnam 2025 contest. In addition, there are also cultural activities, art performances, sports competitions, traditional festivals, cuisine, environmental protection, ... responding to the Sea Culture - Tourism Festival taking place from the end of May to the end of June.

After listening to the opinions of the meeting participants, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Thieu requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to pay close attention to organizing the 3 main events of the 2025 Sea Culture - Tourism Festival. In particular, it is necessary to edit and complete the scripts of all 3 events appropriately. Khanh Hoa Newspaper coordinates with the Provincial People's Committee Office to send official dispatches to press agencies in provinces and cities nationwide to request live broadcast of the event. At the same time, coordinate with relevant agencies and units to successfully organize the Victory Challenge Sailun Cup 2025 Sports and Off-Road Racing. Relevant agencies, units, localities and enterprises need to coordinate well to organize the 3 main events to ensure security and safety; at the same time, create conditions for people and tourists to watch the events in the most convenient way.
