Ensure the progress of issuing and exchanging party membership cards

Implementing the direction of the Central Organizing Committee, the Ministry of Public Security and the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, these days, at the headquarters of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (Provincial Police) and the police of communes and wards, the police force of the whole province urgently carried out the procedure of exchanging party membership cards based on the National Database (CSDLQG) on population for thousands of party members. This is an important step forward in applying digital technology to Party building work.

Quick and convenient procedure

These days, at the hall of the Administrative Police Department for Social Order on Ly Thanh Ton Street (Nha Trang Ward), the working atmosphere is very urgent and bustling. Thousands of party members of party cells, party committees of agencies and units have come here to carry out procedures to change party membership cards based on the National Population Database. The process is implemented methodically, ensuring simple, quick and accurate procedures. Ms. Luu Thi Bich Huong - former Vice President of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross Society shared: "I am very impressed with the enthusiasm and professionalism of the police officers . In just a few minutes, I completed the procedure to change party membership cards. The process is simple, quick, creating favorable conditions for party members".

At the hall, police officers focused on guiding and supporting party members in carrying out procedures. Lieutenant Nguyen Duy Luan - an officer of the Administrative Police Department for Social Order, guided each party member to sit properly in front of the camera, adjusting his posture and clothing to ensure that the ID photo met the standards. The work requires concentration, because just a small mistake in entering data can lead to having to start over. Lieutenant Luan said: "The exploitation of the National Population Database has been synchronized, helping us easily retrieve information. However, we still have to check carefully to ensure absolute accuracy". Along with Lieutenant Luan, 3 other colleagues also worked with a high sense of responsibility, contributing to speeding up the process of issuing and exchanging party membership cards.

Remarkable results

As of August 13, many localities in the province have achieved encouraging results. Comrade Pi Nang Thi Hon - Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Bac Ai Dong commune said: The commune Party Committee currently has 520 party members in 14 grassroots party cells and 11 affiliated party cells. Thanks to the close coordination between the commune police and the party cells, we have basically completed the issuance and renewal of party membership cards. To achieve this result, the commune police proactively arranged forces, equipment and carefully reviewed party member data, ensuring the process went smoothly.

According to the leader of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, the implementation of issuing and exchanging party membership cards based on the National Population Database not only aims to authenticate party members' identities but also serves to build a database of party organizations and party members. This is an important step in management work, helping to replace paper party membership cards, reduce waste in printing and issuance, and meet the requirements of digital transformation in the new situation.

The provincial police set a target of completing the issuance and renewal of party membership cards for 74,013 party members across the province by August 15. By the end of August 12, the provincial police force had received 43,688 applications for printing party membership cards. For cases where party members are sick and cannot come directly to the reception point, the police force will come to their homes to support the procedures. To carry out this important political task, the provincial police have equipped all commune and ward police with modern machinery and equipment, and arranged appropriate human resources. Party committees and party organizations in the province have also actively coordinated, propagated, and mobilized party members to fully participate, ensuring that 100% of party members receive information according to regulations.

The implementation of issuing and exchanging party membership cards based on the National Population Database in Khanh Hoa is a vivid demonstration of the spirit of implementing Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development and national digital transformation. This is not only an administrative task but also a step forward in modernizing party member management, improving the effectiveness of leadership, direction and administration.

With an urgent spirit, the police force is determined to complete 100% of the target ahead of schedule, making achievements to celebrate important events: 80 years of the People's Public Security Traditional Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025), 20 years of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025) and National Day September 2, contributing another beautiful mark in the work of Party building and serving the people.
