Depending on the potential and advantages of each locality and region, local Party committees, authorities and political systems at the grassroots level have built appropriate “Skillful Mass Mobilization” models.

For example, in A Luoi and Nam Dong districts, there are currently many "Smart Mass Mobilization" models that have brought practical results, creating consensus and response from the people. "A Luoi has been making efforts to reduce the poverty rate to the lowest level, with the highest goal of soon escaping from the 74 poor districts of the country. "Smart Mass Mobilization" models related to economic development, improving people's living standards are given top priority by the Party Committee, government, and political system in A Luoi", said Head of the Mass Mobilization Committee of A Luoi District Party Committee - Ho Quyet Thang.

The “Skillful Mass Mobilization” model of building a farm combined with raising livestock and poultry of Mr. Blup Xing, A Ka village, A Roang commune; raising beef cattle of Mr. Ho Van Nghiem, Hong Thai commune; growing cinnamon of households in Ka Dong village, Thuong Long commune; raising organic pigs of Mr. Tran Van Duc, Thuong Quang commune… are typical “Skillful Mass Mobilization” models of A Luoi and Nam Dong districts.

“The effectiveness of each “Smart Mass Mobilization” model is the consensus of the people when they see the effectiveness and benefits it brings to them. The important thing is to solve the difficulties in people’s lives,” said Mr. Tran Van Duc, residing in Thuong Quang commune (Nam Dong).

Recently, the Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization and the Nam Dong and A Luoi District Party Committees have established working groups to conduct surveys, evaluate, and build "Smart Mass Mobilization" models that are closer to the reality that people need. The mass mobilization team from the province to the grassroots level has regularly stayed close to the grassroots level and the people to grasp their thoughts and aspirations in organizing and implementing "Smart Mass Mobilization" models.

“How can the “Skillful Mass Mobilization” model truly become a widespread emulation movement among all classes of people, especially people in ethnic minority areas, remote and isolated areas? Only then will the “Skillful Mass Mobilization” model bring about practical results based on the consensus of the people,” said Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Xuan Duong.

Be more proactive in implementing the model

Currently, the whole province has 2,226 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models; of which, there are 190 models in the economic field; 1,807 cultural - social models; 192 national defense - security models; 37 models of building the political system.

The “Smart Mass Mobilization” model has truly become a large campaign and movement in Nam Dong, A Luoi and other localities in the province; it is increasingly developing widely, attracting a large number of people from all walks of life to participate. The “Smart Mass Mobilization” models are practically built, close to the grassroots situation, promoting effectiveness and creating a spreading effect in the community.

The "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models have had a positive impact on people's lives and promoted the collective strength of the masses in implementing political tasks at the grassroots level, attracting a large number of cadres, party members and people to participate.

However, the coordination for implementation is still limited and the results are not high. There are models of "Smart Mass Mobilization" that are not effective and not close to the reality that people need. Therefore, localities and units in the whole province need to be more proactive in coordinating to review, research and build new livelihood models and "Smart Mass Mobilization" models in all fields, especially in the field of socio-economic development.

At the same time, direct the development of a specific roadmap and time to implement livelihood support models and "Smart Mass Mobilization" models in ethnic minority areas in 2024 in line with reality. Localities should further strengthen the work of raising awareness of ethnic minorities, promoting the role of grassroots mass mobilization in propaganda and mobilizing people to correctly perceive the Party's policies and the State's policies on ethnic affairs to develop the economy, rise up to escape poverty sustainably; avoid the mindset of waiting and relying on the Party and the State of the people.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phan Ngoc Tho once emphasized that mass mobilization work has entered a new phase, it is necessary to continue to maintain the results, innovate methods to achieve higher results, when the whole province is striving to become a city directly under the Central Government according to Resolution 54 of the Politburo. Mass mobilization work must arouse people's strength, create important driving force to promote movements in the province; raise people's awareness in sustainable poverty reduction associated with new rural construction through "Skillful Mass Mobilization" models.
