According to the report summarizing the Party building work in 2024, the key directions and tasks in 2025, 2024 is the fourth year, the "sprint" year, which is of great significance in promoting the implementation and striving to complete the goals of the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
Based on the policies and resolutions of the Party, the Government and the superior Party Committees, the Party Committee of the Ministry and its subordinate Party Committees have proactively developed the 2024 Work Program and deployed work tasks right from the first days of the new year in a practical and effective manner, achieving many results in all fields.
Party building and organization work has been given comprehensive attention and direction in all aspects; the roles and responsibilities of Party committees at all levels and heads of Party committees have been promoted; the combativeness of Party organizations has been enhanced; democracy, solidarity and unity within the Party Committee of the Ministry have been valued.

The work of Party building in terms of politics , ideology and ethics has been promoted and innovated. The organization of studying, grasping and implementing the resolutions, directives and conclusions of the Central Committee has been serious, ensuring the purpose and requirements; the forms of studying and studying resolutions have continued to be innovated and diversified, combining direct and online activities; the development of programs and action plans has focused on feasibility, gradually overcoming formalities.
The work of grasping the ideological situation, orienting information and propaganda has been focused on, ensuring timeliness, creating consensus in the awareness and action of the Party Committee, cadres and Party members in the entire Party Committee of the Ministry. In which, focus on leading and successfully implementing the goals, targets and tasks set out in the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels and the Resolution of the Party Congress of the Ministry, term 2020 - 2025; focus on leading and directing the good implementation of the work of innovation and reorganization of the apparatus of units under and directly under the Ministry according to Resolution 18-NQ/TW; continue to focus on leading and directing the good implementation of personnel work and the work of organizing Party Congresses at all levels in the Party Committee of the Ministry and the first Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Education and Training, term 2025-2030.

With the results achieved, according to the Deputy Minister, with the serious leadership and direction of the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee, the Party cells, the Party Committee promoted the spirit of solidarity, unity, and high consensus on the principles of the Party's Charter. In particular, the leadership and direction work, the work of setting examples, the work of concentration and democracy were carried out openly, transparently, and seriously. Regarding the tasks to be implemented in 2025, the Deputy Minister requested units to continue to implement and concretize the key tasks of the Party Committee, focus on directing the congress; do a good job of ideological work in organization, arrange the apparatus, strictly comply with regulations; focus on the work of drafting legal documents; strengthen inspection, examination and supervision.
