During the past term, the Party Committee of Ia Sao 1 Company has promoted its comprehensive leadership role, focusing on directing the effective implementation of production and business tasks. The Party Committee has synchronously implemented the contract plan according to Decree 168 of the Government , ensuring that 100% of employees sign contracts. On average, each year, the Company achieves an output of 5,331 tons of fresh coffee beans, with a productivity of 13.2 tons/ha. Average revenue is 70 billion VND/year, reaching 111% of the plan; pre-tax profit is 1.8 billion VND/year, budget contribution is 1.2 billion VND/year.
Party building work was focused on, and during the term, 5 new party members were admitted. The Party Committee also focused on streamlining the organizational structure and improving operational efficiency in the spirit of Resolution 5 of the Central Committee (13th tenure).
