Party Committee of Regiment 929 (Air Division 372) ensures safety and improves the quality of flight training

Over two days (April 17 and 18), the Party Committee of Regiment 929, Air Division 372 (Air Defense - Air Force Service) held its Congress for the 2025-2030 term. This was the congress chosen by the Party Committee of Air Division 372 to take place first to gain experience for the entire Party Committee of the division. In the 2020-2025 term, the Party Committee of Regiment 929 has focused on leading, directing, thoroughly grasping and effectively implementing resolutions, orders, directives and instructions from all levels on combat readiness tasks (SSCĐ), flight training, safety assurance (HLB-BĐATB), building discipline - managing discipline (XDCQ-QLKL); organizing and participating in drills organized by the regiment and higher levels to achieve the set goals and ensure absolute safety. Training, fostering and improving the management and flight operations skills of the flight command team; improving the level of exploitation and use of technical equipment, skills, bravery and ability to handle unexpected situations for the pilot team are maintained seriously and closely.

In the 2025-2030 term, the congress determined to focus on implementing "3 breakthroughs", leading to improve the level, combat readiness capacity, airspace management, flight operations management; promoting digital transformation, administrative reform and application of information technology in the regiment. Leading to improve the quality of combat training, focusing on HLB-BĐATB; ready to train pilots, officers and technical staff to convert to new types of aircraft. Leading to improve the quality and efficiency of XDCQ-QLKL work, ensuring traffic safety and safety in all activities; promoting the cultural values of Uncle Ho's soldiers, "Excellent Air Defense - Air Force Soldiers" in the new era.

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee of the Regiment for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 12 comrades; elected a delegation to attend the 12th Party Congress of Division 372 for the 2025-2030 term, with 24 official delegates and 1 alternate delegate.

Speaking at the congress, Colonel Hoang Trung Kien, Party Secretary and Political Commissar of Air Force Division 372, praised and highly appreciated the preparation and organization of the congress of Regiment 929, and requested that in the 2025-2030 term, the Party Committee of the regiment promote the dissemination andeducation work to raise awareness and responsibility for officers and soldiers in performing assigned tasks; focus on combat training; strictly maintain the emulation and reward work order and the Emulation Movement to Win, creating motivation and enthusiasm towards successfully performing assigned tasks.
