"I feel very happy to participate in the festival. Thanks to these activities, patients like me feel cared for and looked after. Also because of my old age and poor eyesight, after asking, Dr. Dung immediately agreed to help me write down messages to hang on the love tree. I hope everyone gets well soon so they can go home" - Ms. Cam said.

In particular, the cultural activities had the participation of more than 20 artists in Ho Chi Minh City, contributing to enriching spiritual life, adding joy and motivation to patients and their relatives.
"Most of the patients are elderly and have difficulty moving around. In addition, the departments are separate, so there is not much connection. Therefore, this is an opportunity for patients to improve their spiritual life, relieve the pain of illness, and connect and communicate with the doctors and nurses who take care of them every day," Ms. Huong shared.
Recently, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health has also inspected and evaluated the quality criteria set at the Institute of Traditional Medicine. Accordingly, the result after evaluation is 277/300 points, including highly appreciated contents including: hospital quality criteria set, patient and medical staff satisfaction rate, epidemic prevention work, application of information technology in administrative reform and improving the quality of medical examination and treatment.
