Implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive 05-CT/TW on "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style", in recent years, under the leadership of the Central Executive Committee, directly and regularly by the Politburo, the Secretariat, the attention, direction and guidance of the Party committees, the Central Office, the Party Committee of the Bloc has led and directed the subordinate Party committees to thoroughly grasp and fully, seriously and promptly implement the documents of the Central Committee. Identifying the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, Directive No. 05-CT/TW as a key task in the annual work resolution, the Party Committee of the Bloc has led and directed the implementation of political, ideological and propaganda work well, concretizing the implementation of regulations on setting examples associated with Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, Directive No. 05-CT/TW on the contents of Party organization and building, political system building and personnel work; identified as one of the important criteria for evaluating and classifying Party organizations and the quality of Party members annually.

In the 3 years (2020-2023), many outstanding collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style associated with the patriotic emulation movement have been commended. Evaluating and recognizing the achievements of collectives and individuals, at the Conference, the Party Committee of the Bloc commended 26 collectives and 15 individuals with outstanding achievements in 5 years of implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW and 25 collectives and 11 individuals with outstanding achievements in 3 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW. The Party Committee of Agribank Lam Dong Branch is honored to be one of 25 collectives awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Party Committee of the Bloc for outstanding achievements in "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style" for the period 2021-2024.

Also within the framework of the Conference, the Party Committee of the Bloc organized a preliminary review of 5 years of organizing the Golden Hammer and Sickle Award (2019-2023). In the past 5 years, the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the Bloc - the Standing Agency of the Golden Hammer and Sickle Award of the Central Enterprises Bloc has received 7,970 works from 38/38 affiliated Party Committees; compiled, selected, organized preliminary rounds; scored preliminary rounds and final rounds to select the best works on Party building work, hot issues, outstanding events, promptly reflecting issues that attract the attention of the whole society to award prizes. The number of works participating in the Award the following year is always higher than the previous year, especially the number of works participating in the Award in 2023 is nearly 3 times higher than in 2022 and 8 times higher than the first Award in 2019; the quality of works is improved, ensuring compliance with the rules; The topics and contents reflect quite comprehensively the Party building work in general and the Party building work in the Party Committee of the Bloc in particular, especially the issues that are of interest to cadres, party members and workers; the works are invested in both content and form.

At the Conference, the Agribank Party Committee was honored to receive Certificates of Merit to the affiliated Party Committees with outstanding achievements; 1 First Prize for the work "The pioneering mark and the journey of bringing the Resolution 'Tam Nong' into life" (3 episodes) by author Nguyen Thi Thu Hien - Party Committee's Propaganda Department and 1 Third Prize to the group of authors of the Party Committee's Propaganda Department. In 2024, the Agribank Party Committee was also honored to receive the Outstanding Work Award on organizing the implementation of the Party Congress resolution at the 8th Golden Hammer and Sickle Award - 2023 with the work "Igniting the aspiration to make Vietnamese agriculture take off" (4 issues).
