Opening of the Creative Startup Incubation Program

Students attending the 2025 Creative Startup Incubation Program

The Tay Ninh Province Creative Startup Incubation Program 2025 was held from October 17 to December 17, 2025, coordinated by Tra Vinh University.

The content includes 20 startup acceleration training sessions, 8 1:1 Mentoring sessions, along with training activities on fundraising, communication and policy support. Accordingly, the topics focus on design thinking, marketing strategy, financial management and technology application, especially artificial intelligence (AI), in business management and operation.

Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Vo Buu Viet Cuong spoke at the program.

In the context of the newly merged Tay Ninh province strongly transforming towards developing a knowledge-based economy, promoting breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in the spirit of Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo , incubation and startup acceleration activities are important tools to help local businesses perfect their models, expand their markets and improve their competitiveness.

The program is not only a place for knowledge training but also creates a space for connection between startups - experts - investors - management agencies, promoting the formation of a dynamic and sustainable innovation ecosystem.

Right after the opening ceremony, the program officially launched the incubation journey with the theme “Design thinking”, shared by Master Nguyen Van Vu An – Vice President of the Vietnam University and College Innovation and Entrepreneurship Network, Member of the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Advisory Council. This opening session is expected to inspire and orient creative thinking for students, laying the foundation for an effective and practical incubation journey./.
