The Provincial Border Guard Party Committee reviews, evaluates, and classifies collectives and individuals under the management of the Provincial Party Standing Committee in 2024.

In 2024, the Provincial Border Guard Standing Committee strictly implemented the principles of democratic centralism, collective leadership, and individual responsibility; issued directives, resolutions, regulations, rules, programs, plans, and instructions from superiors closely following the characteristics, situation, and tasks of the unit; maintained internal solidarity, discipline, order, self-criticism and criticism; implemented well the coordination regulations with Party committees, authorities, and related forces to lead the implementation of national defense, security, and border protection tasks associated with the tasks of local socio -economic development; effectively deployed the model of "4-good Party Cell" and "4-good Party Committee" in the entire Party Committee.

The conference seriously pointed out shortcomings and problems, analyzed the causes and shortcomings in the Party leadership of the Standing Committee. From there, proposed remedial measures to focus on leading the Party in a comprehensive, quality and effective manner in 2025.

Comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council gave a speech at the conference.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, requested the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee to continue to promote the sense of responsibility, focus on leadership and direction to complete the targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Provincial Border Guard Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term. Proactively grasp the situation early and from afar, promptly advise and closely coordinate with forces, levels, sectors and localities to handle and resolve, avoid being passive and surprised, contributing to maintaining political stability, social order, ensuring national defense and security in the maritime border area. Strengthen patrolling, controlling and strictly managing vessels. Step up propaganda, dissemination and legal education on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws related to borders and islands. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also requested the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee to build Party committees and organizations that are strong in politics, ideology, ethics, and comprehensive capacity. Promote the role of Border Guard station officers participating in local Party committees, Border Guard station party members in charge of households, contributing to building a solid "people's hearts and minds" position.
