Support citizens to open social security accounts

On the morning of November 24, the People's Committee of Hoa Vang commune coordinated with the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) Hoa Vang branch to organize guidance and open bank accounts for beneficiaries of social security policies in the area.

During the account opening period from November 24 to 31, commune officials and Agribank staff directly supported people in 21 villages in completing documents, creating and activating accounts, and at the same time guiding them on the benefits of receiving subsidies through banks such as being proactive with time, limiting cash risks and easily tracking the support amount.

This activity aims to ensure that 100% of beneficiaries of the policy on meritorious people, beneficiaries of special allowances, the poor, the elderly, the disabled and social protection beneficiaries can open, manage and use accounts for free; and can authorize other family members to receive social security payments.
