Party Committees of provincial Party agencies review Party building work in the first 6 months of 2025

This afternoon, June 20, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies, term I, 2020 - 2025, held the 3rd (expanded) Party Executive Committee Conference to review the Party building work in the first 6 months of 2025. Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee Nguyen Dang Quang; Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Phan Van Phung; Full-time Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Do Thi Ly attended the conference.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Dang Quang acknowledged and commended the results achieved by the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in performing political tasks in the past time, including the leadership and direction of the branches and Party Committees under the Congress to successfully hold the congress.

In the coming time, after the merger of Quang Tri and Quang Binh provinces into the new Quang Tri province with higher requirements and tasks, each cadre of the Party Committee and provincial Party agencies will continue to strive to contribute their efforts and intelligence, successfully complete all assigned tasks, and contribute to the development of the new Quang Tri province.

The report of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies stated: In the first 6 months of 2025, immediately after its establishment, the Party Committee of the Provincial Party agencies urgently completed the organizational structure, issued working regulations, work programs for 2025 and many leadership documents, directing the timely and comprehensive implementation of political tasks and Party building work in the entire Party organization.

At the same time, regularly propagate, orient, create consensus and unity in awareness and action among cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees and workers after implementing the Central's policy on reorganizing the apparatus in the political system.

In particular, the Party Committee focused on leading and directing the successful organization of the congresses of 25 affiliated grassroots party organizations. The congresses were organized seriously, in accordance with the procedures and contents under the guidance of the Central and Provincial Party Committees, becoming a broad political activity, contributing to raising the awareness and responsibility of cadres and party members towards the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

As of June 19, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committees directed Party committees at all levels to successfully organize the congresses of 42/42 Party cells under the grassroots Party Committees to complete the congresses for the 2025-2027 term and 25/25 grassroots Party cells and Party committees to complete the congresses for the 2025-2030 term, including the Quang Tri Provincial Newspaper and Radio-Television Party Committee, a newly merged unit.

The political report and the system of documents of the congress were seriously built, through many steps of collecting opinions, promoting democracy and collective intelligence to ensure the requirements, the content was concise, complete, focused, suitable to the characteristics and situation of the grassroots party organizations. The preparation of facilities and logistics to serve the congress was thoughtful, solemn and economical.

The conference spent most of its time discussing and pointing out the causes of the results achieved as well as the issues raised in Party building work, thereby setting out key tasks in the coming time, including editing and cataloging records according to regulations, selecting documents for digitization and electronic archiving as well as completing paper records, cataloging in detail and preparing to hand over to the Provincial Party Committee archives after the merger, and guiding affiliated units to synchronously carry out archiving work.

After the decision to establish the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee was made, a suitable roadmap was developed to merge the Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Cell and the Party Cells and Party Committees in socio-political organizations and mass organizations assigned by the Party and the State, towards establishing the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Party Committee. Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee Phan Van Phung spoke about the contents that the delegates were interested in as well as thoroughly grasped some contents in preparation for the merger and consolidation of the Party Committees of the two provinces of Quang Binh and Quang Tri, including the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies.

At the conference, the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies held a farewell ceremony for retired and transferred Party Committee members.
