This morning, August 13, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises organized a training conference on professional Party building work in 2024 for 500 trainees who are secretaries and deputy secretaries of Party cells, grassroots Party committees, Party committees of departments, Party cells directly under the grassroots Party Committees, heads and deputy heads of the Inspection Commission of grassroots Party Committees, cadres in charge of inspection and supervision work of grassroots Party cells, and in charge of office work and Party affairs of grassroots Party organizations under the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises.

Speaking at the opening of the training conference, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc Do Thi Ly emphasized that practical activities of Party building have proven that the grassroots Party committee team is a very important factor in the activities of Party organizations at each level.

According to current requirements, the team of Party committee members must not only have a firm grasp of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, but also have a deep and solid understanding of Party work in all aspects and fields, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations.

Therefore, in the process of leadership and direction, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc always identifies the task of fostering professional Party building work for grassroots Party committees as an important and regular task.

This training conference on Party building work took place for 1.5 days from August 13-14, aiming to thoroughly grasp documents related to the work of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; some issues on Party building and rectification and the political system in the new situation; updating, equipping and supplementing new regulations and instructions on the work of protecting internal Party politics; propaganda work, protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against wrong and hostile views before, during and after Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term; inspection, supervision, handling of complaints and denunciations and disciplinary action against Party organizations and Party members; basic provisions of the Law on Protection of State Secrets and documents guiding its implementation...
