On the afternoon of December 6, the Party Committee of Air Defense Division 377 held a conference to issue a resolution on leadership in implementing tasks in 2024. Major General Bui Thien Thau - Deputy Commander of the Air Defense - Air Force attended and directed the conference.
In 2023, the Party Committee of the 377th Air Defense Division thoroughly grasped the directives and resolutions of all levels; concretized and implemented synchronously and comprehensively in all aspects of work. The leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party Committee and Party organizations were enhanced, internal solidarity and unity were high, and the unit successfully completed its assigned tasks. Notably, the tasks of combat readiness and airspace management were not allowed to occur; participating in competitions, sports events, and live-fire drills at all levels according to plan, achieving good results; Party and political work activities had many innovations and creativity; the work of building discipline and discipline management had progressive changes; logistics and technical work were maintained; breakthroughs were effectively implemented, contributing to building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" division.

The conference discussed and focused on proposing policies and measures to lead the implementation of tasks in 2024. Therein, focusing on leading, directing, thoroughly grasping, and effectively implementing resolutions, directives, and regulations of superiors; building a strong Party Committee of the Division in terms of politics, ideology, ethics, organization, and cadres; building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" division; improving overall quality, level of capability and combat strength, firmly managing and protecting the airspace of the South Central Coast, Central Highlands, and Truong Sa, ready to receive and excellently complete all assigned tasks.
Speaking at the conference, Major General Bui Thien Thau acknowledged and commended the achievements of the Party Committee of the 377th Air Defense Division in 2023; at the same time, he requested that in the coming time, the Party Committee of the division continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement directives, resolutions, and orders from superiors, concretizing them closely with the unit's tasks; lead and direct the implementation ofeducation work, thoroughly grasp and raise awareness and responsibility for soldiers; strictly maintain the combat readiness regime, manage airspace at all levels, accurately handle situations that arise, avoid being passive or surprised; improve the quality of training, especially training in competitions, sports, and live-fire drills; thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the adjustment of force organization, do a good job of political and ideological work, resolve arising problems, maintain stability and absolute safety for the unit.
