Capacity building training on bidding and project management at Trung Son Hydropower Plant

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Trung Son Hydropower Company Limited (TSHPCo) has just coordinated with the Institute for Human Resources Training and Education Development to organize a training course to improve professional capacity for officers and employees in bidding, project management and guide procedures for taking exams for professional practice certificates.

Classroom overview.

The training course was organized in a combination of face-to-face and online formats with the participation of more than 30 trainees who are leaders of departments, operating workshops and specialized staff.

Ms. To Minh Thu, Deputy Head of Mechanism Department - Institute of Construction Economics, conveyed the contents of bidding work.

The training content is systematically developed, closely following the practical requirements of enterprises. Trainees were directly introduced and updated by lecturers from the Institute of Construction Economics on new points of the Bidding Law No. 22/2023/QH15; regulations related to online contractor selection; handling situations in bidding and many other practical situations.

Lecturer from University of Science and Technology, Danang University presented in depth about project management.

Along with that, lecturers from the University of Science and Technology, Danang University presented in depth about project management, implementation processes, supervision, acceptance and project summary according to current standards.

In particular, the content of consulting and guiding procedures for taking exams for professional certificates in the fields of construction, bidding, and project management received great attention from students.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the course has well met the goals of consolidating knowledge, updating new policies and improving practical skills for the staff.

This is also a practical activity within the company's 2025 communication plan, contributing to building a team of professionally qualified staff to meet the increasingly high requirements in the investment, construction and operation of Trung Son Hydropower Plant.
