Speeding up the progress of two key educational projects in Nui Thanh and Dai Loc

The Nui Thanh High School project has a total investment of 60 billion VND, implemented from 2022 - 2025. The project includes 2 classroom blocks A and B (each block has 2 floors, a total of 24 classrooms), a subject block, a principal's office (both 2 floors) and auxiliary items, constructed by the joint venture of Duy Dung - HTG - Dong Duong Company.

Currently, the contractor is constructing the second floor of the department block and the first floor of the administrative block. Classroom block A has completed leveling the ground since the end of April 2025 but has not started construction yet because the contractor requested to hand over the ground of block B at the same time to perform pile driving simultaneously, avoiding the cost of transporting equipment multiple times.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested the People's Committee of Nui Thanh district to urgently complete the leveling of the B class block within the next 10 days. At the same time, complete the auxiliary items before the end of June. The construction unit must ensure progress, quality and labor safety, striving to inaugurate the project on September 2, 2025.

In Dai Loc district, the Luong Thuc Ky High School project also has a total investment of 60 billion VND, implemented in the period of 2022 - 2025. The project includes many items: 2 classroom blocks (8 rooms and 10 rooms, each block has 2 floors), subject classroom block - library (3 floors), administrative block - management (3 floors), learning service block (2 floors), multi-purpose building (1 floor) and auxiliary items.

The administrative block, the learning service block and part of the subject classroom block are in the final stage, expected to be completed in July 2025. The classroom blocks are under construction of the floor, expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025. Some auxiliary items and technical infrastructure will be deployed in the second quarter of this year.

However, the project is facing difficulties in site clearance because a household does not have a resettlement plan, affecting the implementation of fire prevention and fighting items.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Anh Tuan requested the Dai Loc District People's Committee to urgently resolve the above problems and ensure the handover of clean land to the construction unit. The project must be completed in September 2025, 2 months ahead of schedule.
