According to the report of the Department of Industry and Trade, most of the industrial parks under implementation have achieved a rate of over 50% in both site clearance and occupancy rate.

Specifically, the Town - An Duc Industrial Park (Ba Tri district) currently has 14 registered investment projects, with an area of ​​22,154 hectares, total registered investment capital of VND 932,921 billion, occupancy rate of 86.65%; is implementing the infrastructure investment project of the Industrial Park (phase 3), with a total investment of about VND 60 billion, expected completion time according to the contract until April 27, 2026.

Phong Nam Industrial Park - Small-scale Industrial Park has 7 registered investment projects, with an area of ​​34.27 hectares, total registered investment capital of about 3,443 billion VND, occupancy rate of 63.17%. Currently, 4 enterprises are carrying out investment procedures for 6 projects. The Phong Nam Industrial Park - Small-scale Industrial Park infrastructure investment project, with a total investment of 80,952 billion VND, has completed construction and put into use the following items: main road D1, Road D2N1 and D2aN2; is preparing a report proposing investment policy for the project: Wastewater treatment system of Phong Nam Industrial Park - Small-scale Industrial Park, with a capacity of 7,500 ^m3 /day and night, with an estimated total investment of 130 billion VND.

Tan Thanh Binh Industrial Park has 1 registered investment project with an area of ​​9.175 hectares, total registered investment capital of 245 billion VND, occupancy rate of 39.26%. Currently, there are 6 secondary investors applying for investment registration with a total area of ​​7.21 hectares. This industrial park is currently implementing an infrastructure construction investment project, area of ​​5.523 hectares, with a total investment of 174,687 billion VND, of which a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of ^1,700m3 /day and night is under construction, expected to be completed by the end of 2025.

At the meeting, the Department of Industry and Trade and related localities said that currently, industrial parks are still facing some difficulties and problems related to site clearance work; the implementation of procedures for adjusting the master plan and adjusting the project investment policy is still slow, and localities hope to receive additional support from provincial departments to speed up the implementation progress and complete the investment.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Minh Canh requested Ba Tri district to focus on coordinating with departments, branches (Industry and Trade, Finance, Construction) and related units to remove obstacles, speed up project implementation progress, and ensure completion this year.

Regarding Phong Nam Industrial Park, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Construction to focus on quickly resolving the dossier of adjusting the detailed master plan for approval in order to soon complete the project.

Regarding Tan Thanh Binh Industrial Park, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested Mo Cay Bac District to coordinate with the Department of Construction to study and select reasonable options for connecting the inbound and outbound traffic routes, so as to avoid traffic conflicts and ensure traffic safety in the long term when traffic volume increases. Quickly process bidding documents to ensure timely completion of the project this year.
