On the afternoon of November 23, on the occasion of Vietnam Heritage Day, the Center for Scientific and Cultural Activities of the Temple of Literature officially launched the experience of digital heritage Vietnam's wonderful history .
Accordingly, a free phone app can be downloaded, or a dedicated iPad and display system equipped at each location will be used, allowing visitors to enjoy vivid footage thanks to AI and virtual reality technology.
There, visitors can step into the traditional educational scene of the past, become a student sitting in the teacher's classroom, or become a candidate entering the examination hall and finally transform into a "senior student" who has just passed the exam, riding a horse with the procession to return home to honor his ancestors.
With this new technology, visitors can no longer just learn about the old education and examination model as passive observers.
They get to step into the scene and transform into those stories in vivid films.
For example, to experience the exam hall, visitors only need to sit in a tent on either side, the middle tent is empty, but in the re-examination footage, that tent has an image of a candidate wearing a traditional Vietnamese dress and turban sitting and taking the exam.
Thus, visitors will have footage of themselves sitting in a tent taking an exam next to a former "classmate".
Or the scene of returning home in glory to pay respect to ancestors, visitors only need to ride on an iron horse set up by the organizers, the image will be of visitors riding a horse in the middle of the procession returning home in glory to pay respect to ancestors.

At the launch ceremony, visitors, especially young people and children, were very excited about this new experience. It is known that all the technology is made by a Vietnamese company.
Mr. Le Xuan Kieu, Director of the Center for Cultural and Scientific Activities of the Temple of Literature - Quoc Tu Giam, said the combination of traditional values and digital technology applications not only creates a new breeze for heritage tourism activities, but also especially attracts the young generation.
