Red Rain is mentioned as a movie that has a strong influence on the public in 2025, causing a stir not only domestically but also internationally. After more than a month of showing, the film has surpassed the 700 billion VND mark in revenue, becoming the highest-grossing Vietnamese film of all time. The film has political elements, depicting the fierce and arduous days of fighting, but the reception of the audience, especially the majority of young people, has awakened the need to watch historical movies, conveying the patriotic spirit of Vietnamese audiences.

The film crew expressed their happiness and gratitude when the work was warmly received by the audience. Colonel Kieu Thanh Thuy shared that they were moved and infinitely grateful when the film attracted nearly 9 million viewers nationwide. The film's producer shared that this was a great motivation for filmmakers in particular and the country's cinema industry in general.
