On the afternoon of March 23, Tay Ho District Police ( Hanoi ) announced that they had returned the motorbike to Mr. Han Le Quan (in Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi).

Previously, on the night of March 19, while on patrol to ensure security and order in the area, the working group of Nhat Tan Ward Police (Tay Ho District) discovered an ownerless motorbike in the Lac Long Quan flower garden area.

The police determined that this was a lost or forgotten motorbike, so the working group brought it to the ward police headquarters to verify and widely announce it to the public.

Using professional measures, the police identified the owner of the motorbike and contacted Mr. Han Le Quan to receive the property back.

During the process of working with the police, Mr. Quan said that on March 8, his niece, Chang Mai Anh (born in 2007), drove the motorbike to go out with friends and left it in the Lac Long Quan flower garden area. After that, she could not remember where she left the motorbike and the family also thought that the property had been lost.

Receiving his property back, Mr. Quan expressed his deep gratitude for the sense of responsibility for serving the people of the officers and soldiers of Nhat Tan Ward Police.
