Which locality has no poor and near-poor households?

These are two localities that are not poor and are still poor according to the results of the 2023 survey of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

According to the 2023 review results, Quang Ninh province is a locality with no poor households. However, the province still has 925 near-poor households (accounting for 0.24%).
According to the multidimensional poverty standards applied in the province in the period of 2023-2025, at the beginning of 2023, Quang Ninh still had 246 poor households, accounting for 0.064%; 3,066 near-poor households, accounting for 0.797% of the total number of households in the province. With many synchronous and effective solutions, by the end of 2023, the whole province had reduced 165 poor households (down 0.046%) and 1,142 near-poor households (down 0.313%).
After 1 year of implementing Resolution No. 13/2023/NQ-HDND, by 2024, Quang Ninh province will have no more poor households, reducing the number of near-poor households by 50% according to the province's new multidimensional poverty standards.
