This year, the school enrolls 126 students (76 in the North, 50 in the South).
- Method 1: Direct admission, priority admission according to university admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training , regulations of the Ministry of National Defense.
- Method 2: Admission based on the results of the competency assessment exam organized by Hanoi National University and Ho Chi Minh City National University in 2025.
- Method 3: Admission based on the results of the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.
Admission combination includes: A00, A01, C01.
Candidates who received extra points include:
- Group 1: Students who won national and international awards for excellent students, the time of winning the award is no more than 3 years from the time of admission (candidates will receive bonus points when not using the right to direct admission, priority admission or candidates who won national and international awards in subjects according to the admission combination), including:
+ Candidates won first, second, third and consolation prizes in national and international competitions for excellent students.
+ Candidates who won first, second, third and fourth prizes in national and international science and technology competitions organized and nominated by the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Group 2: Candidates who graduated from high school in the year of admission and meet the following conditions:
+ Achieve good academic performance and good conduct in grades 10, 11, and 12.
+ Participate in the provincial or central city level high school excellent student exam and win first, second or third prize in one of the subjects in the admission combination or a combination of all three admission subjects of the Armored Officer School.
- Group 3: Candidates who graduated from high school in the year of admission and meet the following conditions:
+ Achieved Excellent academic performance and Good conduct in grades 10, 11, and 12.
+ Have one of the certificates of international competency assessment test results (SAT, ACT, IELTS, TOEFL iBT). Candidates with SAT score from 1068 (calculated on a scale of 1,600 points); ACT score from 18.0 points (calculated on a scale of 36 points). Candidates with international language certificate IELTS from 5.5 points or higher; TOEFL certificate from 55 points or higher.
