On August 15, the President Ho Chi Minh Relic Site at the Presidential Palace launched an AR technology experience connected to the real world - connecting history and modernity through spatial computing technology.
The harmonious combination of traditional artifacts and AR technology has turned the exhibition space into a vivid, intuitive experience environment. History is told in a modern, experiential language, creating a bridge between the past and the present. Black and white photos or artifacts that seemed to have "slept" in the past, history suddenly "revives" before the eyes of the viewer.
Ms. Le Thi Phuong, Director of the President Ho Chi Minh Relic Site at the Presidential Palace, said that the strengths of the Relic Site are the connection and association thinking, organizing events into a logical flow, creating unique and distinctive highlights. The work of preserving and promoting the value of Uncle Ho's heritage at the Presidential Palace is quiet, but the social value and humanistic significance are extremely great, respected and proud, not only within the country but also extended to many international friends.
“The AR experience promises to bring a closer, more intuitive and deeper approach to national history - a practical step in the journey of connecting the past and the future with the power of technology,” Ms. Le Thi Phuong shared.

Within the framework of a series of activities to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025), the President Ho Chi Minh Relic Site at the Presidential Palace organizes a series of exhibition, anniversary and book launch events.
“Vietnam-Ho Chi Minh-Milestones of National History” is the central exhibition in the series of commemorative activities. The exhibition is jointly organized by the Presidential Palace Relic Site and the Dien Bien Provincial Relic Management Board to review the typical milestones in the glorious revolutionary journey of the nation under the leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh, while honoring the ideology, morality and style of the Hero of National Liberation of Vietnam, an outstanding Cultural Man.
With more than 200 images, documents and valuable artifacts, the exhibition is divided into 5 main sections: Ho Chi Minh - The man who sought the way to save the country (1911-1941); August Revolution and National Day September 2 (1941-1945); Dien Bien Phu Victory (1945-1954); Liberation of the South, reunification of the country (1954-1975); Innovation and international integration (1975 to present).
The exhibition contributes to vividly recreating the journey of building, defending and developing the country under the light of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, fostering patriotism, national pride, affirming faith and arousing the desire to contribute in the era of national development.
At the Additional Gallery, the thematic exhibition “Journey for Peace” honors the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh and General Nguyen Chi Thanh in the struggle for national independence, protecting true peace for the Vietnamese people, and at the same time recognizes Vietnam's proactive and positive role in maintaining world peace today.
With more than 80 documents, artifacts and relics, the theme "Journey for Peace" becomes a bridge between tradition and the present, between the steadfast will to protect peace of previous generations and the active and responsible participation of Vietnam in the mission of preserving world peace in the 21st century.
The exhibition “Continuing the story of peace” conveys the message of the aspiration for peace, national independence and the continuation of the noble humanistic values of peace and friendship that President Ho Chi Minh initiated and laid the foundation for.
Through the displayed images and documents, 80 exhibition panels depict the inheritance and continuation of the ideology of peace and friendship from President Ho Chi Minh in the process of gaining independence and protecting peace for the Vietnamese people to the proactive and positive role of Vietnam in the current international peacekeeping effort.

On this occasion, the Presidential Palace Relic Site and Nguyen Chi Thanh Museum launched the book "President Ho Chi Minh with General Nguyen Chi Thanh" (People's Army Publishing House).
The book depicts the special relationship between the genius leader of the Vietnamese revolution and an excellent student, a loyal colleague. The 80 contents in the book also depict the contributions of General Nguyen Chi Thanh in the struggle for the independence and freedom of the country and the happiness of the people.
The publication of the book is also the fulfillment of the wish of Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Chi Vinh (son of General Nguyen Chi Thanh) during his lifetime./.
