On November 17, Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee held a Conference to announce the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on Mr. Lu Quang Ngoi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Vinh Long province, to cease participating in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and cease holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Long Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; to transfer and appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
On the same day, at the 5th Session (Special Session), the 10th People's Council of Ca Mau province elected Mr. Lu Quang Ngoi, Deputy Secretary of the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term, to hold the position of Chairman of the Ca Mau Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term./.
