President of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance Cao Xuan Thu Van hopes that investors and local farmers will gradually build the Vinh Loi resource rice brand.

At the conference, delegates were informed about the agricultural economic development situation of Vinh Loi commune; orientation for building the value chain of Vinh Loi resource specialty rice on the digital transformation platform; application of science and technology in high-tech agricultural production.

The highlight of the conference was the signing ceremony of a contract to purchase 30 tons of Vinh Loi Resource specialty rice for export to the US between Saigon Green Economy Cooperative, Total Feeling LLC (USA) and Hung Thinh Cooperative. At the same time, a three-party cooperation agreement was signed between the Commune Farmers' Association, Saigon Green Economy Cooperative and SATY Trading and Service Joint Stock Company.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance Cao Xuan Thu Van suggested that Vinh Loi commune select qualified farming households to participate in the production area, promote digital transformation applications, and gradually form a digital map for the products. He also suggested that departments, branches and the provincial Cooperative Alliance support farmers in registering trademarks, creating conditions for accessing capital to develop the Vinh Loi Resource rice brand.

On this occasion, the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance presented a Great Solidarity house and 3 laptops to the People's Committee of Vinh Loi commune. Saigon Green Economy Cooperative also sponsored more than 1.6 billion VND to build a "Community learning and digital transformation point in the commune".

Saigon Green Economy Cooperative signed a sponsorship agreement with Vinh Loi commune to build a community learning point and digital transformation with a total value of over 1.6 billion VND.
