Provincial leaders attend Ca Mau Province Startup Festival - CamaUP'2025

This is the fourth consecutive year the Festival has been held on a large scale. Ca Mau has implemented many startup support programs, gradually perfecting the province's startup ecosystem. After four years of organization, the Startup Festival has attracted more than 10,000 participants, introduced over 150 startup models and organized more than 40 forums and seminars on green economy , green technology, digital transformation and circular economy. Many projects of the province have won high prizes at regional and national startup playgrounds and have accessed investment funds.

In 2025, the Festival will continue to be held with the theme “Green Aquaculture - Sustainable Development Trend”, expected to welcome more than 1,000 visitors and 35 booths displaying products and services. The Startup Competition Final Round and the 2025 Startup Forum are the two key activities of this year’s event.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Su affirmed that innovative startups are becoming an important driving force for economic growth in the context of deep integration. This is also a major policy of the Party and the State through many important resolutions to promote science and technology, forming a strong innovation ecosystem. In Ca Mau, innovation is identified as one of the breakthroughs and key orientations for socio-economic development.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Su delivered the opening speech at the festival.

The Vice President requested the Startup Support Steering Committee to continue to closely accompany startup projects, support capital, technology and market connections, and help startups perfect their models and commercialize their products. He also called on the province's business community and youth to continue to foster the spirit of courage, perseverance, daring to think, daring to do and daring to break through; at the same time, calling on large enterprises and investment funds inside and outside the province to pay attention, lead and invest in potential startup projects.
